Is This the Year???

Can they do it? The Brewers sure think so. They just got swept at home in their most important series of the year. Did anyone notice how the Cubs played this week when the pressure was on? Did anyone notice how dominant their starting pitching was? Did anyone notice how they hit the ball off a damn good pitching staff? Did anyone notice that they are 7-2 since Soriano came off the DL? If you answered no to any of these questions you better take notice. Lou has a ball team this year, and in case no one knew, he is a damn good manager. They have the ingredients to pull it off, they have hitting, starting pitching, a good bullpen, young
guys, and Lou. I know if your a Cubs fan what your thinking, but guess what Boston fans thought the same thing a few years ago. I'm not afraid to say it, YOU CAN DO IT! You have the team too...just don't pull a cubs.

Manny being GONE!

How do you say goodbye? Aloha, Arrivederci, Adios, so long and good riddence! In a 3 team deal, struck and the very last minute, Manny Ramirez was traded to the Dodgers and Boston got Jason Bay in return.

First off, I want to say that I know the numbers Manny put up in Boston and yes he was a integral part of 2 World Series Championship teams. But he also created alot of headaches for his teammates, fans and the front office with his antics both on and off the field. Do I think Jason Bay is as good as Manny? No! But I thik Jason Bay with half the money is worth it than Manny at 2o LARGE! We can now take the extra money to pursue a viable shortstop other than Julio "CRAP" Lugo! Let us not forget that Jason Bay is a 29 year all star who can hit .300/30/100 as well.

I think that this is the only move the Red Sox could make with Manny. He forced their hand and they had to move him. He is the forth highest paid player in baseball who puts up stats equal to Jason Bay at less money.

I think that most of Red Sox Nation will miss Manny and his funny antics but they will not miss his bitching and moaning and distractions. The one thing that worries me in this deal is how it affects David Ortiz. Papi and Manny were very close and I just hope that Papi can see the business side of it for the Red Sox and that it wasn't a personal deal. Manny made it personal with is remarks about the Red Sox and his mouth. The Sox did what they had to do and I am just fine with how it went down.

Angels acquire Mark Texiera

Uh oh! The best team in MLB just got a lot better! The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (by the way what a retarded name) have quietly risen to the top of the ranks in the AL. With all the talk of the Rays surprising year and talks about the Yankees struggles and Manny talk, the Angels have flown under the radar and now, in my opinion, became the leader for the World Series trophy! They now have a murderers row of Vlad, Tex and Torii Hunter hitting 3,4 and 5 behind leadoff hitter Chone Figgins. They also have several bats in the lineup who do their job. They play a NL style of baseball with alot of small ball. Also, their pitching staff is pretty good as well with Lackey, Saunders and Santana at the top and have the best closer in baseball with K-Rod.

The Angels just put themselves in a great position to win it all.

Jerrell Powe now on a 4th grade reading level.....

and he was cleared to play at Ole Miss this season. It was reported that Powe actually named all of the colors in the rainbow correct and also was able to count to 10 without stopping. He is now on a 4th grade reading level so he is ok to go to Ole Miss.

And if you happen to be around any Ole Miss fans then get ready for the Jevan Snead and Jerrell Powe for Heisman bumper stickers. It is quite funny that neither of these guys have ever played a down of SEC football. Ole Miss has all kinds of hype and even the geniuses at EA Sports seem to think Ole Miss will be in Atlanta come December because they have them ranked 84 overall and above many good teams.

Let us remember this is the same Ole Miss team that went 3-9 last year. I will admit not having the human rhinoceros at head coach is a good thing but they are still the doormat of the SEC West!

Here you go Ole Miss fans:

Waiver Pickup of the week (Fantasy Baseball)

Jeff Smardzija- This guy is the real deal! He can throw in the upper 90's and he will get you strikeouts and an occasional win out of the bullpen. Dont expect him to be the closer while Kerry Wood is recovering, although he did get the save Sunday due to Marmol throwing 30+ pitches the day before.

Sports Babes of the Day (ACC)

Florida States top 2 tight ends.

The Rivalry!

Well the Yanks won the Series but we still are ahead of them in the standings and if we can overcome the soap opera that is Manny Ramirez then I believe we will win the East come September!

Here is a video from last nights ESPN sunday conversation that sums up everything!

Manny being SELFISH!

Ok Dustin and David you can stop reading here..... I am about to go on my typical tirade about the one and only Manny Ramirez and why I can't stand him.

I have had several arguments with friends and fans over the years over Manny. First off let me say this and make myself CLEAR: Manny Ramirez is one of the greatest hitters to play the game and is a first ballot Hall of Famer.

My beef with Manny is over his lack of compassion or concern for his team or teammates the majority of the time and his seemingly primadonna obsession with himself and his image in the media. Manny is the only guy in MLB who can turn a 400 ft triple into a single because of his lack of hustle. He is the only guy in MLB who can pimp a HR only to have it caught at the warning track. He is a clown who cares more about laughs and being the main attraction than he does wins by the Red Sox and the organization itself.

I like the way that Manny tries to have fun while playing the game because after all that is what it is all about. I have to admit that there are some antics that I cant help but laugh at like when he caught the ball at the wall earlier this year and gave a fan a high five or the time recently when he was seen talking on a cell inside the Green Monster. Sure, those moments are funny and make us laugh but the moments when he puts his team, teammates and winning behind his image and selfish ways is what irritates the hell out of me.

Just in this year he has gotten into a dugout scuffle with a team and fan favorite in Youk over Youk being upset at himself for not getting the job done in the game. Im sorry Manny that Youk actually takes it serious when he plays and gets upset when he doesn't help his team. Also, Manny pushed downed the team travel secretary because he couldn't get all the tickets he wanted for a road series. Now the best has yet to come! Every summer Manny gets some kind of injury during the middle of the season that is sometimes mysterious and unknown. Last year, he suffered an injury and was out for 2 weeks and had his injury re-examined by the team doctor and was told everything was good to go and he could return to action. Unfortunately Manny felt different and stayed out another 3 weeks.

Now, Manny has started to complain about his contract with team management and evidently suffered a severe and serious knee injury during batting practice the other day. It was so serious that Manny was a late scratch in the finale against Seattle and also last night in the opener vs the Yankees. But wait! In an MRI test revealed this morning in Boston it was found that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with Manny's knee! It is clean and nothing that should keep him from playing! So why is he saying he can't play? Hmmmmm? Maybe it is because he is bitching and moaning about his 20 million dollar contract! Let me say that again! His 20 MILLION DOLLAR CONTRACT! He is just showing his true colors AGAIN! And those of you know what I mean by that!

Manny, you are 36 years old and starting to begin the twilight of your career. You are not ranked inside the top 15 in any major hitting category in the MLB. In other words he is not putting up 20 million dollar stats. That is what Josh Hamilton, Ian Kinsler, Lance Berkman, Carlos Quentin, Jermaine Dye and Carlos Lee are doing with way less contracts. You actually expect the Red Sox to give you more money when you only have a couple good years left in you? They can take that money and go after a guy who is 10 years younger and less of a distraction for his team. Thanks for your years in Boston and for putting up good numbers but it is going downhill from here and I think, check that, I know many fans of the Red Sox will agree with me when we say Adios Manny!

SEC preseason picks (west)

1) LSU Tigers-They have more talent than anybody in the SEC, which means depth, which means wins. They have a big Question mark at QB, but lets be honest they won the National title with Matt Mauck and Matt Flynn. This team is still very dangerous, proven QB or not.

2) Auburn Tigers-They have a brand new offensive spread attack they will run this year, which means there will be some growing pains, but the Defense is the same ol dominant defense which will keep them in every game. This could be a dangerous team if Tubby gets the offense rolling.

3) Mississippi State Bulldogs- Sly Croom has instilled a toughness and attitude and a belief that this team can win. They are coming off their best season in many years and I see no reason for them not to improve. The Defense will once again carry this team. The offense will rely on the run game and field position. I feel like the Cotton Bowl is not out of the question.

4) Alabama Crimson Tide- Nick Saban made a big statement in the off-season when he signed the best crop of freshman in the country, which many will play. Alabama is certainly heading in the right direction. Nick Saban is a proven winner and he will have these guys ready to compete. They have the best offensive line in the SEC and if some of the talented freshman step up these guys could be the sleepers of the SEC. This will be the last time you will see Bama predicted this low for a long time so all you Bama haters enjoy because it seems Saban is building something special in Tuscaloosa.

5) Ole Miss Rebels- The Rebels have a new coach, Houston Nutt, and they actually have some talent. Jevan Sneed is a highly touted transfer from Texas at QB and if he can become a playmaker at that position Ole Miss could upset some teams. Ole Miss is not terrible they are just not that good. If they win 6 games this year I think they will have over achieved.

6) Arkansas Razorbacks- The Razorbacks lost too many players (Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, Peyton Hillis, ect.....) to be competitive this year. Bobby Petrino will be a good coach in this league if he stays more than 2 months, but it will take a few years before he can compete. The Pigs will takes some lumps on the head this year.

Showdown in Beantown!

The greatest rivalry in all of baseball and arguably all of sports will continue Friday in Boston when the Yankees come to town to take on the Red Sox. Both teams come into the series within striking distance of the surprising 1st place team formerly known as the Devil Rays but know known simply as the Rays. The Red Sox are just 1 game out of first as of today and with the Evil Empire 4 games out. The Empire is on a roll as of late reeling off 6 consecutive wins. The Sox had a rough trip out west against the Angels but have taken 2 in a row against the Mariners.

So Friday the 2 teams will square off once again. It has been a roller coaster ride this season for the Yanks but they look to have gotten things together and will once again be putting a lot of pressure on the Red Sox and it looks to be another exciting 2nd half race. The Red Sox have held things together quite nicely with the absence of Big Papi, thanks in part to J.D. Drew. But to take a line from Eminem: "Guess who's back? Back again!" Yes it is the monstrous on himself, David Ortiz. He has looked well in AAA Pawtucket and he will be back Friday night to stabilize and rejuvenate the Red Sox.

So many memories of great games between these two teams and I look forward to a great and competitive series this weekend and I would love nothing more than to put a stop to the Empire's winning streak and take the wind out of their sails! There are a few things you can count on this weekend and I will let you know what they are:

1.) Derek Jeter will do his patented gay fist pump at least 10 times.

2.) Big Papi will go Deep!

3.) GayRod will make an error.

4.) I will cuss Manny for something.

5.) The Red Sox bullpen nightmare of Delcarmen, Hansen, Timlin, Lopez and Okajima will blow a lead.

6.) The Red Sox will finish the series in 1st place!!

The rotation will be Beckett, Wakefield, Lester vs. Joba, Pettite and Ponson....

The game I am looking most forward to is Friday's series opener with Beckett facing off vs. Joba!

SEC preseason picks (East)

1.) Florida Gators-Too many weapons not to win. They very possibly could win the National title.

2) Georgia Bulldogs- The second best team in the SEC, offensive line questions still need to be aswered. If they do answer those questions a National title is not out of the question.

3.) Tennessee Vols- Strong running game, but they have holes to fill and a tough schedule.

4.) South Carolina Gamcocks-The ol ball coach will have his guys ready to play, the problem is they are just not good eough to compete for a title.

5.) Kentucky Wildcats- The Loss of Woodson and other key players means no bowling for the Wildcats.

6) Vanderbilt Commodores- There is nothing I can say about them that you dont already know.

Tommorrow I will pick the west.

Good Josh Almighty!

What can I say here? I really don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. If you don't know his story by now then you have been living in a cave the last 4 months or you either live overseas.

No he didn't win the Home Run Derby but he gave the fans of Major League Baseball chills and he gained a lot of fans last night, if you hadn't already become one. He was a winner even if he didn't go home with the hardware. He went home as the "Talk" of the HR Derby. Here is a guy who was the next "big thing" in baseball. The 1st overall pick of the MLB draft who signed for millions of dollars. He was a can't miss prospect! What happened? He did miss. But not because of his skills on the diamond but because of an addiction to cocaine and crystal meth. In a matter of 3 years, Hamilton had gone from the next "big thing" to the next "big flop". He was at the lowest of lows. He surrounded himself with scum and losers and had totally screwed up his life. Then, one night he showed up at his grandmother's doorstep 40 pounds below weight and strung out on drugs. That is when he got clean. He endured many long nights of withdrawals and nightmares. He got clean and got his life in order and became a born again Christian. He was blessed enough to be let back into baseball and started his career again with the Cincinnati Reds. Now, last year when he was called up with the Reds he had some good numbers in the second half and most people were happy for him but he was traded in the off season to the Rangers for Edison Volquez. I imagine most teams were hesitant to take a chance on Hamilton even though he seemed to have his life back in order. I mean he is a recovering addict who could relapse at any time. But I don't think he will. He has come so far and he is surrounded by wonderful people including his wife who stuck with him through all the trials and tribulations. He has a guy who stays with him basically 24/7 to keep him accountable. He says he never keeps more than 20 dollars cash on him. He doesn't go out with teammates after games and he doesn't do much these days but go to the ballpark and go home.

I am a fan of Hamilton and was before tonight but after what I saw tonight I will be a fan forever. He has a great story and I believe that many people could use him as a role model now to show that you can overcome adversity and you don't have to continue to live a lowlife lifestyle. If you saw his interview or have heard him speak at all, he is a very humble human being and he knows that he is blessed. When asked how it felt to receive all the attention tonight and how he felt he responded "I want to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who I glorify in all I do" and I don't think he was using a "Cliche" as some people do for show. He truly meant it by the sound of his voice as it cracked. He got a second chance and he is making the best of it. Not only is he a great story for Major League Baseball in the day and age of steroids but he is a great story for the human race! Josh Hamilton will probably never read this but I wish him all the best and hope he has a long and successful career in MLB! Good Luck Josh!

Tex to Red Sox?

Rumors are swirling about a possible trade between the Red Sox and Braves. The deal is rumored to be Mark Teixeira for Kevin Youkilis and Craig Hansen. Now being a member of Red Sox Nation, this deal tickles my fancy quite a bit. Here is how I see it.....

Tex is a top notch first basemen who would make a great addition to an already stacked lineup. He plays good defense, as seen by his being a gold glove winner, and is a great bat in the middle of the lineup, especially if it is Papi, Manny and Tex. Now I am a fan of Yoooouuuuukkkk but compared to Tex there is very little to lose. The only thing I think you would lose is Youk is a fan favorite and a "gritty go get em" type of player who you very rarely see these days. I see Youk as a bigger version of Lenny Dysktra or Craig Biggio. Now Hansen on the other hand I could care less about losing. He is a former 1st round pick who has not lived up to the hype. He has a sick slider but the only problem is that he has no clue where it is going 90% of the time. He has a plus fastball but his control problems lead to a lot of walks and a lot of anxiety for Red Sox fans. Now, he is still young and very well could come into his own but I, for one, would be OK with this deal. I basically see it as Youk for Tex and I can live with that as long as we can sign Tex at the end of the year. I would not like to use Youk so we can rent Tex for 3 months. Tex is a free agent and if he has a good 2nd half then he will be seeking top dollar for his services. Now if we can sign him to a long term deal then I say go for it! Tex is 28 and Youk is 29 so the age difference is nothing and I see Tex with more upside the next 10 years.

Hopefully we can get Tex and I would love to do it without losing Youk but Papi is getting older and we may need the extra bat!

Idiot of the Week

I am starting a new feature on the site called "Idiot of the Week"

So many times we see people in sports who just continue to screw up time after time after time. Or we see people who just do something so idiotic it makes us just sit there and say "What in the world were they thinking?" My momma always taught me to think before I acted and to surround myself with good people. She also taught me to learn from my mistakes, and believe me there have been plenty of those but I have learned from them and became stronger for doing it. So here we go with our first idiot of the week!

TRAVIS HENRY - What a dope! And I should emphasize the word DOPE since he was caught using marijuana AGAIN! What is this like the 10th time he has been busted? What a loser this guy is! He has 8 kids from 7 women and cannot get off the dope. He is a NFL RB who has plenty of money and could have a great life but he has the brain of a retarded donkey! Kick this guy out of the NFL and let him go on the streets where he belongs with the rest of the hoodlums! He does not deserve to be in the NFL! Don't worry about the one year suspension! He is getting old and he does not deserve a second chance. He has had 7 already!

Congrats Travis on being an IDIOT!

Waiver Wire Pick up of the Week.

My waiver pick up of the week is Adam "not pacman" Jones of the Baltimore Orioles. He is a highly touted 5 tool prospect who is started to come into his own. I would take a chance on this guy in the second half.

Did You Know?

Did you know that Puerto Rican catchers have started the all star game for the American league the last 18 years accept for one and that was Jason Varitek in 05.
Can you name them?

Sports Babe of the Day! (SEC edition)

National League All Star Selections

Yesterday I did the American League All-Star selections and we looked at the differences in the starters and who should have been starting. Today we will look at the National League...

C - Geovanty Soto - He is deserving of his start. He has been the best catcher in the major leagues this year and he is a rookie. Reserves: Russell Martin and Brian McCann, both of these guys are deserving of their selections. Left out: None

1B - Lance Berkman - Probably the best player in the first half this year along with Josh Hamilton. Very deserving of his selection. Reserves: Adrian Gonzalez and Albert Pujols, both deserving of their selections as well. Left out: Derrek Lee, Ryan Howard and Mark Teixeira are victims of a deep position.

2B - Chase Utley - No doubt deserving of his selection. Reserves: Dan Uggla, deserving as well. Left out: Brandon Phillips.

SS - Hanley Ramirez - Best SS in the National League period. Reserves: Christian Guzman and Miguel Tejada. Guzman gets the nod as the Nats representative and also leads the NL in hits and Tejada has played well but Reyes has better stats overall in all categories. Left out: Reyes

3B - Chipper Jones - Leads the majors in avg but battles health issues. Reserves: Aramis Ramirez has good numbers but David Wright has better numbers in all categories and a gold glove defense. Surprised he was not selected. Left out: Wright

OF - Ryan Braun, Alfonso Soriano, Kosuke Fukedome - Braun is deserving of his selection but I question Soriano, who is hurt, and Fukedome, who has decent stats but not like Holliday, Ludwick, McLouth, Corey Hart or Carlos Lee. Fukedome is a beneficiary of the foriegn vote from Japan like Ichiro. Hell, Fukedome can't even touch his teammate, Derrek Lee's, numbers! Soriano has good numbers even while missing over 20 games but I believe any of the others deserve the start more. Reserves: Holliday, McLouth and Ludwick. Left out: Lee, Hart, Burrell

In case you didn't know how the selections are made I will tell you. The fans pick the starters, the players elect the reserves and the managers select the pitchers. Although I feel as if the fans got most of it right in the NL, unlike the AL, I feel as if they missed it with Soriano and Fukedome and more so with Fukedome. He has worse numbers than any of the guys I mentioned and those guys deserve it more. It is not their fault they were not born in Japan where they can receive millions of votes.

The players missed it on Reyes and Wright and I also feel as if the all star teams do not need 3 catchers and they could lose 1 catcher to add a guy like Derrick Lee, Ryan Howard, David Wright or Jose Reyes.

And Clint Hurdle, I have one question for you... What in the hell were you thinking picking your player, Aaron Cook, over Cole Hamels??? I know you want to please you guys but Cook is not half the pitcher Hamels is this year or any year for that matter. Hamels has double the K's as Cook with a better ERA. He does have 2 less wins but that is because of lack of run support. And also I cannot see Johan Santana not in the all star game. He has the same ERA as Zambrano with more K's and he does have less wins but blame that on the HORRIBLE Mets bullpen and not Santana. I believe Zambrano is deserving of his selection and I'm just using him as an example but Billy Wagner should not be on the team over Santana because he has cost him 2 games that I know of. How many closers do you need in an all star game?

Anyways... I will never understand the all star selections. I know it is tough to compile a team of all stars when you have so many guys to choose from but lets not leave deserving guys at home while guys with less numbers get the nod OK?

All Star Selections and what they should be.....

So many times, the all star selection is a popularity contest dominated by the big markets and the big names and many deserving players in small market areas do not receive the votes that they deserve. Now let me say this first, I am a huge Boston fan and many of our players are given "passes" because of they are and where they play. While I am happy to see Boston players playing in the Mid-Summer Classic, I am also torn in the fact that alot of players are left out or put on as reserves that should be starting instead. My question is this: Are we voting for the most popular players in the big markets, or are we voting for who we think are the most deserving players? I voted the maximum of 25 times and while I was tempted to give an extra nod to the Boston guys, I voted for the guys I thought earned it on the field.

This has become an ongoing trend over the years. We, as fans, want to see the "stars" and not so much an "up and comer" or a "johnny come lately". Here is my breakdown of what the all star teams should be and what they are:

Here is the way I see it:

American League:

C - Joe Mauer - No doubt the starter and most deserving. Reserves: Navarro - He has good numbers, and Varitek - He has done absolutely nothing to deserve an All Star invite and this is a Red Sox fan and Varitek apologist speaking. Left out: AJ Pierzynski

1B - Kevin Youkilis - Deserving of the start and the best ALL AROUND 1B in the league. Reserves: Justin Morneau - He has good numbers and deserves the all star selection. Left out: Miggy Cabrera

2B - Dustin Pedroria - He is deserving of his selection but not as the starter. No doubt Ian Kinsler has been the best 2B in the American League to date and deserves a start. Reserves: Ian Kinsler. Left out: No one really although Roberts and Lopez have done well in the first half.

SS - Derek Jeter - WHAT!?!?!? Peralta, Renteria, Crosby, Betancourt and Cabrera all have similar overall numbers to "Mr. Fist Pump". No doubt the deserving starter is Micheal Young. Reserves: Micheal Young. Left out: None really

3B Alex Rodriguez - No complaints over his numbers. He missed 20 games and still has better numbers than any other 3B. Reserves: Joe Crede - He is deserving and Carlos Guillen - He has done OK but he hasn't done anything better than Mike "one nut clutch" Lowell. Left Out: Mike Lowell

OF - Josh Hamilton, Manny Ramirez, Ichiro - Hamilton is the first half MVP and Manny and Ichiro both have good numbers but I think that JD Drew, Carlos Quentin and Grady Sizemore are all more deserving than those 2 because they have the better numbers. Manny and Ichiro should be the reserves. Reserves: Drew, Quentin, Sizemore. Left out: Crawford and Markakis.

DH - David Ortiz - This is the toughest one for me to write. I am a Big Papi lover and he is great but he is also hurt and if he cant play he shouldn't be voted as a starter. If this was a Yankee I would be irate. I'm only being honest Sox fans so don't crucify me. The deserving players at DH are Bradley and Giambi. They have better numbers and are healthy. Reserve: Bradley. Left Out: Giambi

This is just the way I see it. There are alot of guys who get voted into the all star game by name and not by numbers. We, as fans, select the starters and we should use fair judgement and not use blinders when selecting our players. We should vote for who we think is deserving. I did. I think my Boston guys like Pedroria, Lowell, Drew, Youk and Papi are all deserving but I also think we should reward the players who have put up the best numbers and give them their due.

I will do the National League tomorrow.

Sorry for the weekend layoff also. I have been real busy with my family being in town and hanging out with them and Dollar has been out of town visiting family as well. Seymour has also been busy with the holiday but we are back to normal now.

Holy Dogoff!!

Joey Chestnut retained his title in a close race with Takeru Kobayashi today. After 10 minutes, the two men were tied and 59 dogs and buns a piece. They went to a "dogoff" where each participant was given 5 hot dogs and whoever got them down first won. It was a close one but Chestnut defeated Kobayashi and defended his "Mustard Belt".

I, for one, don't see this as a sport like they claim to see it but I do have to say they put themselves through an awful lot in 10 minutes. Lets face it, they ate more hot dogs in 10 minutes than most people eat in a year. I would be done after 2 hot dogs so I don't see how they can eat 60+ hot dogs!

Happy 4th and hope all is well with all of our readers. Have a safe holiday and don't be stupid! Be Safe!

Happy Birthday America!!

Happy 4th of July! Today is America's birthday and one of my favorite days of the year. Today is the day you get to hang out with family and friends. Today is the day you get to barbecue, play badminton, horseshoes, volleyball and shoot fireworks.

Also today in the sports world we have one of the greatest sports events of all time! The Nathan's hot dog eating contest in Coney Island, NY. We have what has become one of the fiercest sporting rivalries between foreigner Takeru Kobayashi and American Joey Chestnut. Last year, Chestnut was able to take Kobayashi and break his record by eating 66 hot dogs and buns. It should be another wire to wire contest today and it airs on ESPN at 11:00 CST.

Splitsville!

The NY Daily News is reporting that Alex Rodriguez and his wife, Cynthia, are splitting up. There are rumors of his wife having an affair with singer Lenny Kravitz and there have also been rumors of AROD being involved with Madonna.

The split comes just months after the birth of their second daughter. I cannot say I feel sorry for Arod and he will be OK. Lets see, he is the best player in baseball, he is banging Madonna, he makes 25 million a year and he always has his boy Jeter to fall back on. They try to keep their relationship very discreet but they have strong feelings for each other and I think it will only be a matter of months before we see them back together again. They have had an on again off again relationship ever since Arod got to NY. Jeter became jealous of all the attention Arod was receiving and it started to split their relationship and also with Arod's wife getting attention it left Jeter out in the cold. Well now Arod and Jeter can reunite again and rekindle their love.

I think the one who comes out best in all of this is Arod's wife. She will get a ton of money in the divorce settlement and she can still keep banging Kravitz and suck him dry too. (In more ways than one)
